Water authorities warn of imminent flooding at King Talal Dam

Arab Weather - The Ministry of Water and Irrigation/Jordan Valley Authority warned of the imminent flooding of the King Talal Dam within the next few hours, after it nearly reached its full storage capacity of 75 million cubic meters, at 100%, towards the Jordan Valley and the King Abdullah Canal.

The Jordan Valley Authority called on all citizens and farmers to take the necessary precautions and be careful, as well as the municipalities and concerned authorities, and not to approach the valley course, urging everyone to follow the Ministry/Jordan Valley Authority websites first-hand to learn about the status of the dams and the possibility of water flooding in them as the unstable conditions continue.
